  1. Q: What is included in the rental price?
    A: Our rental price typically includes basic insurance coverage,
    unlimited mileage, cooking equipment, bedding and towels for
    each person,a water tank for the cars,
    outdoor shower, outdoor chairs and table and a chemical
    toilet with an extra charge of 5€/day.
  2. Q: How old do I have to be to rent a car or a campervan?
    A: To rent a car or a campervan, you must be at least 23 years of
    age and hold a current valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
  3. Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    A: If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your
    reservation there will be a full refund , 59 – 20 days prior we will
    retain 40% of the full amount paid and lastly 19 – 1 days prior
    there is no refund at all. Moreover, If a vehicle is returned
    earlier for any reason there
    is no refund available. All cancellation requests must be
    received in writing by email.
  4. Q: What happens if the rental vehicle breaks down or is involved in
    an accident?
    A: Our rentals include roadside assistance and basic insurance
    coverage. In the unlikely event you have an issue, we are
    reachable at most reasonable hours to help immediately. Most problems
    can be fixed in real time, and with no disruption to your
    trip.In the event your van is not repairable, we will either
    provide a replacement vehicle or refund the remainder of the
    trip and assist with changes in your itinerary.
    In most cases, a minor breakdown in a van actually becomes one
    of the most memorable parts of your itinerary .
    This is not something that we hope happens, but we have seen
    lifelong connections made from strangers offering assistance.
    It’s all part of the magic!
  5. Q: What do I need to bring with me to pick up the rental vehicle?
    A: You will need to bring a valid driver’s license, a credit card
    and a passport or other form of government-issued identification.
  6. Q: Where do we meet for the pick up and the drop off?
    A: Our office is on Dimokratias 5 avenue in the center of
    Heraklion, very close from both the port and the airport of
    Heraklion (approximately a 10 minute drive and a taxi will cost you
    about 15€).
    However, if you have arranged to land at Chania’s airport, we
    can make the pick up and, or the drop off from there with an extra
    charge of 150€ each.
  7. Q:I booked and paid via your website but i didn’t get any
    confirmation email yet.
    Could you confirm the booking for me?
    A:You will receive an email that confirms your booking as soon as
    the banking
    transfer occurs (usually about 3-4 working days).
  8. Q:Is off road driving allowed?
    A:All of our campervans are 2-wheel drive. As such, they are not
    suited for off-roading.
    We request that you stick to paved roads or well-graded and
    well-cleared forest service roads.
  9. Q:Is there an air conditioner?
    A:Yes, our cars have air conditioning only while the engine is
    on, with the exception of our T3 Vintage campervans which have air
    fans .
  10. Q:What is the fuel policy?
    A:Full-to-Full: With this policy, you will receive the rental
    car with a full tank of gas and you are expected to return it with a
    full tank of gas.
    If you fail to refill the tank, we will charge you for the
    missing fuel with no extra fee.
